Holly was a dairy doe that shinned through in her flat, wide bone, her ribbing and her dairy skin. She was tall, long and extremely level. I always admired her levelness and the strength of her pasterns throughout her years. She was as strong on her pasterns the day she died as she was in her youth. Holly was a quiet and agreeable lady on the milk stand and in the herd. She listened well and was always in tune when spoken to. We loved Holly, as with all who proceeded her and miss her too, deeply.
