G6S testing is only done on
bucklings out of carrier does at our own expense for the first test.
Only G6S normal bucklings will be
sold.
Any and all further testing
desired on a second choice buckling out of the same litter or any
doelings out of carrier does is done at the expense of the buyer.
We have publicly stated on each
doe's page, her G6S status.
This is my
personal experience with G6S I have and continue to work with the
G6S gene I have in
in a few of my carrier does. These genetics are far to priceless for me
to throw out when all that's
needed is a simple test I am able to do, allowing me to continue using
the genetics of my choice.

A non refundable 100.00 deposit reserves the kid of your choice
and is applied to the total
purchase price.
We
honor verbal reservations from repeat customers on a trust
basis.

cancel any order placed with the full deposit refunded or
transferred to another kid or the following year if;
The kid born is deemed unfit in
our personal opinion
We reserve the rights to retain a kid for replacement in our
breeding program or is needed
to fill our small show string.
We do not freely pull kids from a buyer simply
because we like the kid.
We will honor
deposits placed to the best of my ability on doelings ordered.
We strive to
fill all deposits placed.
Deposits
on kids are non refundable nor transferable on any order canceled by the buyer
other then what has been specified here.
We want you to be as
blessed with your new addition of a Jacobs Pride animal
to your
herd as we have been blessed.

The
buyer will be notified for shipping/receiving arrangements after
the health and welfare of the kid has been secured, usually
around 1 to 2 weeks of age.
At which time shipping arrangements will be made with the
balance due in full.

|
Shipping/pick-up
of any/all animals is not to exceed 5 weeks from notification.
Any/all kids remaining past 5 weeks of age until departure from
our farm will be charged
a board/care of 2.00 a day until their
day of departure to be paid in full before shipment.

|
All
shipping costs including shipping, kennel, gas, health certificate, etc. are the sole
responsibility
of the buyer.
We reserve the option to purchase
up to 20 straws of semen back, at the cost of the
collection, on
any buck that we sell.
We abide by the ADGA Recommended
Trade Practices for Members (ADGA Guidebook
section XIX).
All sales are final. Should a
reasonable discrepancy arise regarding the animal purchased
in
which both the seller and buyer agree upon, regarding said
animal, a "replacement
only" policy stands only with the return
of the animal for replacement. All return
shipping costs, as
stated above, are the sole responsibility of the buyer in both
returning
the animal back to the seller for replacement and the
cost of shipping the replacement
back.
